7.1. Reservation Request

7.2. Approval and Option Period

  • In order to finalize your reservation, you will receive written (e-mail or SMS) or verbal confirmation from us.
  • For special occasions or large group reservations, the Restaurant may impose an option period and require prepayment.

7.3. Amendment and Cancellation

  • Your reservation date or time change requests will be honored according to availability.
  • Please give at least 24 hours notice for confirmed reservation cancellations, if possible.
  • For group or private organization bookings, the cancellation policy may be different and you will be notified in advance.

7.4. Late Arrival and Non-Cancellation of Reservation (No-Show)

  • If you are 20 minutes late from the reservation time, we cannot guarantee the availability of your table.
  • In the event of a no-show without cancellation, your prepayment, if any, will not be refunded or can not be used for your next reservation (subject to change according to the conditions specified in advance).

7.5. Other Conditions

  • Our restaurant may require prior notification for special menu requests or allergen information.
  • Our Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service if you do not comply with the rules or if you exhibit behaviors that disturb the peace in the restaurant.
