PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698 (KVKK)<\/h2>\n

SECURITY CAMERAS DISCLOSURE TEXT<\/h3>\n

This disclosure text has been prepared by Alt\u0131n Tulip Restoran G\u0131da Turizm Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k Dekorasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited \u015eirketi (\u201cRe\u015fat Efendi\u201d), in its capacity as data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqu\u00e9 on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.<\/p>\n

Through security cameras located in the common-use indoor and outdoor areas within the premises used and operated by \u201cRe\u015fat Efendi\u201d \u2014 including our restaurant, the building and its annexes, waiting areas, working offices, parking areas and delivery points \u2014 image and audio recordings of our guests, visitors and other data subjects receiving service are kept and processed for the purposes of ensuring the security of movable and immovable property, providing physical premises security, ensuring occupational health and safety for employees, monitoring performance, ensuring supervision and safeguarding your security, in line with the purposes set out in Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the Law.<\/p>\n

Recording is carried out via camera as image and audio recording twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week (24\/7), and the recording process is supervised by the IT unit and the authorized company unit. The cameras record for a period of 14 days, and the recordings are automatically and permanently deleted upon expiry of the retention period.<\/p>\n

The personal data in question are processed automatically on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Article 5\/2-\u00e7 of the Law, namely that \u201cprocessing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation,\u201d and in Article 5\/2-f, namely that \u201cprocessing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.\u201d<\/p>\n

The personal data processed via camera recording may be transferred, where necessary as evidence in legal disputes or as required under applicable legislation, to authorized company units, our company partners\/shareholders, our representatives, our service-providing suppliers, judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement bodies, and authorized public institutions and organizations, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law.<\/p>\n

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which regulates \u201cthe rights of the data subject,\u201d in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the \u201cKVKK\u201d titled \u201cApplication to the Data Controller\u201d and the provisions of the Communiqu\u00e9 on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by filling out the \u201cData Subject Application Form\u201d<\/a> available on our website, and submitting it:<\/p>\n
